Probate Litigation involves resolving Probate disputes through the court system. Common disputes involves determining the validity of a decedent’s Wil or reviewing undue influence claims. Trust Litigation
Trust Litigation becomes necessary when problems arise during the funding or administration of a Trust. Trustees or beneficiaries may have grievances that need to be resolved, such as wanting a Trustee to be removed or to enforce a distribution under the Trust.
