Knowledgeable, organized, responsive
I can't recommend Peter Moustakis and his team highly enough. My partner and I worked with him to get our estate plans done, including wills, legal and medical powers of attorney, living wills, etc. Peter met with us three times to understand what we needed and walk us through the draft documents before signing. We never felt rushed and he answered all our questions clearly. Knowledgeable, organized, responsive, articulate, approachable, good-humored, thorough, skilled - these are all the words I'd use to describe Peter. The price for these services was more than reasonable and so worth not struggling through a DIY set of forms. Getting an estate plan done is an investment of several hours, but once it's done it's done, and you and your loved ones will be prepared should the worst happen. It's also a good opportunity to think deeply about your wishes and make sure your loved ones understand what they are.

Sowerby & Moustakis Law, PLLC was recommended to us by our CPA. We needed help with estate planning and didn't really know where to start. I must say I am glad that I contacted their office. Peter was great. A professional & a definite family man that actually listens. Debbie and l explained our goals and in minutes we had a game plan to protect our assets & create a trust and a will for our protection and can be passed on to our daughter and granddaughter.

We have used Sowerby & Moustakis Law for a number of legal issues over the past decade and they have always proven to be very helpful in offering legal guidance.
